- The Myanmar Investment Commission and State/Regional Investment Committee have issued permits/endorsements to investors in accordance with Myanmar Investment Law. The investment projects under Myanmar Investment Law have to submit an annual performance report (Form 11) including the statement in details to the Commission within 3(three) months at the end of the fiscal year according to the rule 196 of Myanmar Investment Rules.
- Under the Rule 199 of Myanmar Investment Rules, the investors have to publicize the summary of the annual performance report either in their website or that of the Commission within 3(three) days from the date of the submission with the aim of public awareness. If it is published on the company’s website, the website address shall be notified to the Commission. Moreover, if the investors do not have their own website, soft and hard copy of annual performance report shall be submitted to the Commission.
