U Maung  Maung Win, Deputy  Minister  for  Ministry of  Planning and Finance  gave an  opening  speech on  workshop for “Global Experiences of State Ownership and Oversight of State Owned Banks” concerning with workshop on Ownership  Policy  and  Governance  Framework for State Owned Banks mainly  held  by  World   Bank at Kempinski  Hotel  in Naypyidaw  at  9:00 am on  15, December, 2016. Then, the  officials  were  discussing  on  this  topic  and  the  attendents  were  not  only  asking  questions  they  wanted  to  know but also discussing  on  these questions. Finally, the ceremony was successfully  ended in the afternoon at 4:00   pm.
