To provide necessary trainings and rewards based on performance appraisal of staff, the training on Performance Management System with the assistance of GIZ (Myanmar) was held at the DICA head office in Yangon on 21st , August, 2018.The training was attended by 12 staff from Human Resource Development and Research Division.
