Training Workshop on Price Survey Sampling Design for the implementation of the ICP 2020 Round was opened at the Office No.32, Central Statistical Organization, Ministry of Planning and Finance on 13-15 November 2019 supported by Asia Development Bank (ADB). The objective of the training was Introduction Basic Concepts of Statistical Sampling and Designing Price Survey, Analysis of Coefficient of Variation (CV) of prices by frequency, prices by urban/rural and prices by geographic location, Indicative ICP Survey Framework for 2020, Allocation of Sample Size across geographic areas and different types of outlets, and participated 18 staffs from CSO Head Quarter, Yangon Region, Mandalay Region and Naypyitaw Council supported by ADB’s sampling expert, Dr. Jun  Pacificador.
