Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) stakeholder workshop: Business Process Mapping Workshop was held on 31^st October 2019 at Horizon Lake View Hotel. U Tun Tun Naing, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Planning and Finance delivered the opening remark at the workshop. This workshop was attended by Director General and Deputy Director General from Central Statistical Organization, Deputy Director General from Department of Public Health, Representatives from General Administration Department, National Registration and Citizenship Department, Consultant from University of Melbourne, Head of State/Region and Township Health Office, Medical Supervisors, Forensics, midwives, State/Region and township level stakeholders, official from UNICEF, World Bank and Bloomberg Data for Health Initiative.

        This workshop was held with the aims to strengthen the collaboration between CRVS stakeholder, to review the existing death registration system, to plan for further collaboration activities between the CRVS stakeholder to become an efficient death registration system using modern technique and to reach Sustainable Development Goals.
