All companies registered with the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) are required to re-register by 31 January 2019 (except for companies which have commenced liquidation).

The Myanmar Companies Law 2017 will commence on 1st August 2018, this guide is for the registration and re-registration of companies on Myanmar Companies Online (MyCO)
1. With the following procedures, new company registration and re-registration can be applied:
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကုမ္ပဏီများဥပဒေ ၂၀၁၇ နှင့်အညီ ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ် သြဂုတ်လ ၁ ရက်နေ့မှစ၍ Myanmar Companies Online (MyCO) တွင် ကုမ္ပဏီများမှတ်ပုံတင်ရန်နှင့် တည်ဆဲကုမ္ပဏီများ ပြန်လည်မှတ်ပုံတင်ရန်လမ်းညွှန်
