U Thant Sin Lwin, Deputy Director General, Directorate of Investment and Company Administration, Ministry of Planning and Finance attended the Kick-off Meeting which has be held at the Rakhine State Government Office on 6th October 2018.
At the meeting, the cooperation procedures between DICA and Rakhine State Government were discussed.
